Product Description

Square bellows (or rectangular bellows) are  non-circular metallic expansion joints  designed primarily for ducting systems or low-pressure applications , especially where round bellows are not feasible due to space or design constraints.

Shape - Square or rectangular cross-section                 

Material - Usually stainless steel or Inconel                 

Movement -  Type Axial, lateral, and angular (based on design)       

Pressure Rating - Typically low-pressure applications               

Flexibility - More flexible at corners (miters or rounded corners)

1.  Mitered Corner Square Bellows

   * Made with sharp or beveled corners

   * Cost-effective but can be stress-prone at corners

2. Round-Corner Square Bellows

   * Curved corners to reduce stress concentration

   * Longer life, slightly more expensive
